• Property listing details you enter to generate marketing kits (e.g., address, price, beds/baths, square footage, descriptions, calls-to-action).

C. Content You Upload

• Property photos, headshots, logos, and other creative assets you upload to generate outputs.

D. Payment Information

• Subscription status, billing history, and limited payment metadata (we do not store full card numbers). Payments are processed by Stripe.

E. Device and Usage Data

• Log data and usage metrics such as pages viewed, features used, approximate location (based on IP), device identifiers, browser type, and timestamps.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Provide the Service and generate your marketing materials (e.g., stories, videos, flyers, email templates).
• Create and administer accounts, authenticate users, and provide customer support.
• Process subscriptions, payments, and prevent fraud.
• Maintain security, monitor performance, debug, and improve features.
• Communicate administrative messages (e.g., service updates, security notices, billing notices).

We use cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage and pixels) to operate the Service, keep you signed in, remember preferences, and improve performance and reliability.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only as needed:

• Service Providers (Processors): We use third-party vendors to host, store, and operate the Service, such as Supabase (authentication and database), Vercel (hosting/serverless functions), and Stripe (payments). These providers process data on our instructions to provide the Service.
• Legal/Safety: If required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect rights, safety, and security, we may disclose information.
• Business Transfers: If we're involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
• With Your Direction: If you request integrations or sharing, we share data per your instructions.

5. Data Storage and Security

We use industry-standard safeguards designed to protect information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and provider-level security controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Service, maintain business records (including billing and security logs), resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations.

Subscriber content retention. We may retain your uploaded photos, listing details, and generated kit content while your account is active. If you cancel or your paid subscription ends, we will delete subscriber uploads and associated kit content within 60 days after the end of the subscription period, except where we are required to retain certain information for legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, or security purposes, or where content is stored in backups that are overwritten on a routine cycle.

7. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

• Access and receive a copy of your information
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete your information
• Opt out of certain processing (e.g., marketing emails)

Where applicable, we provide the following:

• Categories collected: identifiers (name/email), commercial info (subscription), internet activity (usage logs), and user content (uploads/listing data).
• Purpose: providing the Service, security, billing, support, product improvement, and legal compliance.
• Categories disclosed: disclosed to service providers for hosting, storage, and payment processing.
• Sale/Share: we do not sell personal information; we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising based on current operations as described here.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. International Users

If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate.
