Listing Kit Studio is a web app built for real estate agents that generates a complete marketing kit from a single form. Fill out one form and get four professional outputs:

Simple 4-Step Workflow

  1. Choose your kit type - Select from 8 listing types
  2. Enter property details - Address, price, beds, baths, sqft
  3. Upload photos - Add up to 5 property photos
  4. Review and create - Preview your kit, then download all 4 outputs

8 Kit Types Available

  • Upload up to 5 property photos per kit
  • Accepted formats: JPG, PNG
  • Recommended resolution: At least 1080px wide for the best quality across all outputs
  • Hero photo: Click on any photo to set it as the hero (gold border). The hero is featured prominently as the main image.
  • 2nd Favorite photo: Set a second favorite for the Instagram Story (navy border). Use any of these methods:
    • Click the "2nd" button that appears when you hover over a photo
    • Shift+Click on a photo
    • Right-click on a photo

How Photos Are Used

  • Instagram Story: Uses Hero + 2nd Favorite (or the next available photo if not set)
  • Video Reel: Uses all 5 photos with dissolve transitions
  • Print Flyer: Uses all 5 photos in a grid layout
  • Email Template: Uses all 5 photos in a vertical stack
  • Recommended size: 400 x 400 pixels (square)
  • Best format: PNG with a transparent background (recommended for best results on flyers)
  • Accepted formats: JPG, PNG
  • Where it appears: Your headshot is used on the print flyer
  • Shape: Square format works best. The headshot displays with rounded corners on the flyer.

Tip: A transparent background helps your headshot blend seamlessly into the flyer design. Most professional headshot photographers can provide a version with a transparent background.

  • Recommended max size: 400 x 200 pixels
  • Accepted formats: JPG, PNG
  • Transparent background: Not required for logos (unlike headshots). Your logo will display fine with any background.
  • Where it appears: Your brokerage logo is used on the print flyer if no website URL or listing URL is provided for the QR code

QR Code Priority on Flyers

The flyer's bottom-right section shows content in this priority order:

  1. Listing URL (if provided) - generates QR code
  2. Agent website (if provided) - generates QR code
  3. Brokerage logo (fallback if no URLs)

Email your flyer for printing to any FedEx Office location using their Print & Go service - here's how:

  1. Download your PDF flyer from the Preview & Download page and attach it to an email to PrintAndGo@FedEx.com
  2. Send the email
  3. FedEx will email you a "Retrieval Code" to use at any of 2,000+ FedEx Office locations
  4. Go to your nearest location and use the code to print copies of your flyer
  5. You pay FedEx for the number of copies you print at that location

The Email Template output is an HTML file that creates a beautifully formatted email with your property photos and details. There are several ways to use it:

Method 1: Gmail

  1. Download the HTML file from the Preview & Download page
  2. Open the HTML file in your web browser (double-click it)
  3. Select all content (Ctrl+A / Cmd+A), then copy (Ctrl+C / Cmd+C)
  4. Open Gmail and click Compose
  5. Paste into the email body (Ctrl+V / Cmd+V)
  6. The formatting and images will be preserved
  7. Add your recipients and send

Method 2: Outlook

  1. Download the HTML file
  2. Open the file in your browser
  3. Select all and copy
  4. Open Outlook, create a new email
  5. Paste into the email body
  6. Images and layout will be preserved

Method 3: Email Marketing Platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.)

  1. Click "Copy HTML" on the Preview & Download page
  2. In your email platform, create a new campaign
  3. Choose the "Code" or "HTML" editor option
  4. Paste the HTML code
  5. Preview and send to your list

Tip: Always send a test email to yourself first to verify that the formatting looks correct before sending to clients or your contact list.

Listing Kit Studio offers three plans:

  • Free ($0): 1 kit total, Just Listed type only, preview only (no downloads)
  • Pro ($12/month): Unlimited kits, all 8 kit types, MP4 video export, all downloads
  • Team ($39/month): Everything in Pro, plus 5 team seats and shared branding

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
